Hydraulic
compaction and vibration
Concrete products require the right balance of hydraulic

and mix.
More pressure is not automatically better. Excessive force,

Mix
preparation
A dry-cast concrete mix for vibro-compaction behaves
differently from normal flowing concrete. Aggregate grading should allow
particles to pack densely, while the water content must be sufficient for
cement hydration without making the mix collapse after demolding.
Use weighed batches wherever possible. Record the weights of
cement, sand, stone, pigment and water for each product. Adjust water for the
moisture already present in the aggregate. A small moisture change can affect
demolding and surface finish.
Daily
operating discipline
Inspect oil level, hoses, fittings, vibration fasteners,
mold bolts, guards and electrical connections before production. Keep the mold
box and tamper clean. Lubricate only at the specified points and prevent oil
contamination of the concrete surface.
At the end of the shift, remove concrete buildup before it
hardens. Do not strike precision parts with heavy hammers. Store molds on a
stable rack and protect hydraulic hoses from sharp edges and vehicle traffic.
Curing
and quality checks
Fresh products should be moved without shock and protected
from rapid drying. Establish a curing schedule appropriate to local weather and
product requirements. Check dimensions, weight, visual finish and damage rate
each shift, and arrange strength testing according to the project or market
standard.
